El Comercio highlights the research findings of Hugo Ñopo and Ana Paula Franco, “Ser joven en el Perú: educación y trabajo” (Being young in Peru: education and work), published by GRADE in 2018, on the sidelines of the latest report conducted by Instituto Nacional de Estadística e Informática (INEI) on the employment situation in Metropolitan Lima.
