Presentation
In the framework of the digital mathematics learning program Conecta Ideas (www.conectaideasperu.com), offered free of charge to teachers and students from 3rd to 6th grade of primary school in public educational institutions throughout Peru, it was identified, based on interviews with teachers who use the program, that one of the barriers that prevent greater use of the program by students (in hybrid use and at home) is the lack of support/commitment of families to the program. This study aims to generate evidence on what types of messages sent to parents can motivate the use of the platform. Also, which sending channel is the most effective, SMS or WhatsApp. For this purpose, an experimental design will be implemented.
