Presentation

The central purpose of the study is to analyze the design, implementation and budget process associated to Public Teaching Career (CPM) to obtain lessons on the achievement of better teaching skills and the structure of incentives within the career that may contribute to a better implementation of the new Public Teaching Reform Act (LRM).  The tasks associate to such Public Intervention focused on the Ministry of Education.  The analysis addresses, in particular, the teachers’ evaluation processes. The study is conducted by a panel of three specialists, coordinated by Miguel Jaramillo, Principal Researcher of GRADE.
