Mayen Ugarte Vásquez Solis
Mayen holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from The Maxwell School of Public Administration and Citizenship, Syracuse University. She is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP).
She has worked on issues related to public administration reform. She was Secretary of Public Management of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM). She also worked as a specialist in state modernization at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), where she developed and supervised projects in Peru, Colombia and Ecuador. He directed Governa SAC, a firm specialized in management and public policies, leading projects and studies related to the reform of public organizations, decentralization and policy development for the three levels of government. He teaches at the School of Management and Senior Management of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP).
