Presentation

Commissioned by the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS), GRADE has been carrying out the study “Proposal for monitoring the National Sustainable Infrastructure Plan for Competitiveness (PNISC) 2022-2025”. The objective of the study is to develop a monitoring proposal for the PNISC 2022-2025, considering its vision and strategic lines, as well as the diversity of impacts that its implementation may have on various social, environmental and economic aspects. The study proposes a conceptual framework for monitoring, as well as a set of indicators to be used within the framework of the PNISC. In this way, it is hoped to contribute to a long-term strategy proposed in the PNISC 2022-2025, which proposes a planning strategy from an economic development and human capital perspective. The follow-up proposal contributes to greater clarity in the materialized vision of the PNISC’s objectives through the development of a theory of change and the proposal of indicators for its follow-up.
