Presentation

The purpose is to carry out the final evaluation of the Project “Energies for Development (EnDev) in Central America”, which has been implemented in Honduras and Nicaragua, taking into account the following parameters: (i) evaluate the development of the project during the period 2009 -2019, considering the evaluation criteria for development assistance of the OECD-DAC (Economic Co-operation and Development’s Development Assistance Committee); (ii) understand what has worked, under what circumstances and why; and (iii) evaluate how the project has contributed to the development of the energy sector.
