Presentation
The Early Years Education Bureau (DEI) of the Ministry of Education will evaluate the quality of the service in early years education in order to have a baseline with child indicators. Along this line, the DEI has requested GRADE technical assistance to design questionnaires on associated factors that may gather data regarding students and their families and the educational institutions. As part of the project, GRADE will prepare a document with the technical foundations of the questionnaires on associated factors and will design three questionnaires aimed at the Principal, the Teacher and the Parents.
