Presentation
The objective is to develop conceptual and methodological documents in order to elaborate proposals to be discussed in the Inter-institutional Technical Committee of Ethnicity Statistics. Additionally, an event on census and ethnicity will take place in September 2014 that will follow the one organized by GRADE in Bogota early in 2013.
