Presentation

The main purpose of this Project is to seek improvements for the management of the Peruvian Police Force (PNP) and become the main instrument to identify the needs for reform, design and implementation of the organization and functions rules that will enable increasing service coverage and quality. Accordingly, the study will prepare a document that will include the organizational analysis of the PNP and will identify the legal, statutory and actual tasks of each of its current areas.

Once the first part of the research has been completed, a proposal will be prepared aiming at optimizing the internal management and facilitating the work of the different areas and actors in furtherance of the institutional goals, through a proposed draft of the regulations on organization and functions of the police institution.
