Veronica Villaran will be a speaker at an international seminar on adolescents and education

With the aim of discussing the needs of integral education of Peruvian adolescents, the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP), the Ministry of Education, the United Nations Children’s Fund (Unicef), the United Nations Organization for the Education, Science and Culture (Unesco) and the Wiese Foundation held the international Seminar Bicentennial Generation. Adolescents and Education.

According to the PUCP website, the event, from July 17 to 19, will gather around 200 public policy managers from different sectors related to development and levels of government, as well as teachers and directors of educational institutions, specialists linked to the development of adolescence, and adolescent leaders from each region of the country.

During the second day, Verónica Villarán, adjunct researcher at GRADE, will present her study, “Adolescents and young people from Peru, an approach from different perspectives”.
