Our Senior Researcher Ricardo Fort is a panelist at the international seminar “Territorializing social protection in the Bicentennial”, held by the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion (Midis).

The event addresses territorial analysis to understand the determinants of territorial inequalities that can be overcome through interventions at the regional, provincial, district and community levels. In this sense, the territorial approach is understood as the ability to achieve interventions that are coherent with the social, political and economic reality of the territories, that are flexible and comprehensive and that actively include their inhabitants, generating the necessary capacities so that the territories themselves can manage their development.

Ricardo joins the third panel of the event, aimed to learning from the territory and response mechanisms, together with Ignacia Fernández (RIMISP), Javier Paulini (SD-PCM), Ángel Polo (GORE La Libertad) and the Minister of Midis, Silvana Vargas.
