Presentation

This research aims to create knowledge based on in-depth, high-quality interdisciplinary research that explores the individual and structural challenges faced by young people in Peru to develop skills relevant to the labor market and access to meaningful work, with in order to influence public policy related to the labor market. As part of this research, we plan to produce five studies: paper 1 (study on higher education), paper 2 (study on returns to education and expectations), paper 3 (study on skills training), paper 4 (study on role of the school), paper 5 (study on the Full School Day program) and paper 6 (qualitative study).
