Presentation
The aim of this pilot study are: (1) to explore aspects related to the commercialization of higher education in Peru; (2) collect information and preliminary (quantitative and qualitative) data sources and perform a preliminary analysis that will be useful to carry out future studies and a research paper; (3) develop a proposal to be sent to USAID or the Spencer Foundation for a larger scale study.
