The aim of the study is to identify the factors that facilitate or limit the access and permanence of migrant children and adolescents in the Peruvian educational system (Basic Education) and analyze the State’s response including plans and strategies of the Ministry of Education and the authorities decentralized. The study will be carried out through a mainly qualitative design that will seek, on the one hand, to know the characteristics of the educational offer and how it has been responding to the challenges of the inclusion of migrant children and adolescents in the educational system; and, on the other, to know the experience regarding access and transit through the educational system of Venezuelan migrant families. Field work will be carried out in eight selected districts of Lima and Callao.
