Jessica holds a degree in Primary School Education from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.

She has been director of Primary School Education at the Ministry of Education. Previously, she worked as the sub-coordinator of Evaluation in the communications team at the Ministry of Education’s Office for the Measurement of the Quality of Learning.

During the last years, she has specialized in the development of standardized instruments for measure learning, as well as in the interpretation of findings and preparation of proposals aimed at improving learning, both at the national level and in regional projects and private initiatives.

Currently she works as pedagogical coordinator of the “Support to schools” project, conducted by GRADE with the support of the Inter-American Development Bank.
