serie <em>Aportes para el Di\u00e1logo y la Acci\u00f3n<\/em>, presentamos la propuesta de formaci\u00f3n en servicio del Proyecto CREER \u2014centrada en la atenci\u00f3n de la diversidad, el trabajo simult\u00e1neo y la evaluaci\u00f3n formativa\u2014, as\u00ed como una estrategia de sostenibilidad orientada a la formaci\u00f3n inicial docente, desarrollada en alianza con la Escuela Superior Pedag\u00f3gica P\u00fablica \u201cV\u00edctor Andr\u00e9s Bela\u00fande\u201d de Ja\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p>La experiencia muestra c\u00f3mo la articulaci\u00f3n entre acompa\u00f1amiento pedag\u00f3gico, mentor\u00edas en escuelas multigrado y asesor\u00eda a formadores contribuye a fortalecer pr\u00e1cticas de ense\u00f1anza vinculadas con los contextos de la escuela
