Yo creo que en realidad lo obstaculiza. El cambio curricular deber\u00eda seguir al cambio en las pr\u00e1cticas y no a la inversa. Necesitamos empezar por una fuerte inversi\u00f3n en acompa\u00f1amiento pedag\u00f3gico y fortalecimiento de equipos
