docentes multigrado en escuelas primarias austriacas y finlandesas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En Austria y Finlandia, como en muchos otros pa\u00edses del mundo, existen escuelas peque\u00f1as, generalmente localizadas en \u00e1reas rurales, que atienden a estudiantes de diversos grados en una misma aula.\u00a0 \u00a0Muchos de ellas confrontan la posibilidad de su cierre, debido a las dificultades que presenta ese tipo de ense\u00f1anza para los docentes, a pesar de algunos beneficios que empiezan a reportarse en la literatura.\u00a0 En este art\u00edculo de Eeva Kaisa Hyri-Beihammer y Tina Hascher, publicado en el 2015, se revisa esa literatura a la luz de los hallazgos de su an\u00e1lisis de entrevistas a docentes de esos pa\u00edses focalizadas en sus pr\u00e1cticas de aula, cuyas similitudes y diferencias son consideradas por las autoras.\u00a0 Ellas encontraron pr\u00e1cticas pedag\u00f3gicas muy variadas, que ellas agrupan en dos grandes conjuntos:\u00a0 aquellas que intentan reducir o superar la heterogeneidad de los estudiantes todo lo posible, usando curr\u00edculos paralelos, rotaci\u00f3n curricular o ense\u00f1anza a todo el grupo, y aquellas que capitalizan o aprovechan la heterogenidad de los estudiantes a la vez que reducen las demandas de ense\u00f1anza, siendo estas \u00faltimas las que las autoras consideran son soluciones \u00f3ptimas para la ense\u00f1anza
