Presentation
GRADE participates in a consortium with APOYO CONSULTORÍA for the design and implementation of an evaluation and monitoring system of the sub-sectorial irrigation program (PSI) in its Third Phase funded by JBIC. GRADE will provide the design of the impact assessment system of the project and will generate de Baseline and Final Assessment using surveys on the treatment and control products of the intervention.
