Presentation
The study consists in the preparation of the base line and the design and proposal of a follow-up and monitoring system for subsequent quasi-experimental evaluation of the Program for Improvement of Early Childhood Education in Ayacucho, Huancavelica and Huánuco. The monitoring and data gathering system include aspects such as infrastructure, materials, accompaniment and training of teachers, information about parents and other aspects. It will also analyze the focalization strategy and the treatment intensity indicators must be identified for each of program goals.
