Researcher/s in charge : Javier Escobal
Execution time:January 2013 - March 2013

Presentation

The general aim is to offer the policy guidelines for an articulated inter-sector and inter-government management of social policies related to economic inclusion and to propose the institutional arrangements necessary to undertake the articulation of the different strategic actors.

The specific goals are:

1. Elaborate a causal model that defines strategic actors, sectors, government levels, programs, products and results related to economic inclusion (agriculture, labor, infrastructure, etc.) outlining roles and responsibilities of the actors.

2. Establish the effective interventions related to economic inclusion that may be implemented by the actors identified in the causal model: national government, regional governments, local governments, social programs, families, private actors, international agencies, among others.

3. Elaborate a proposal for institutional arrangements that may strengthen the National Rural Development Strategy (DS No 065-2004-PCM).

4. Establish the grid of indicators for goal compliance follow-up of the coverage of the effective interventions implemented to achieve economic inclusion and the evaluation of results.
