Presentation
The objective of the study is to develop and validate a map of asignment of competitions and functions of the Social Development and Women Issues Sector to the different levels of government (central government, regional government and municipalities). The validation will be done in dialogue with representatives of the Ministry and of the regional and local governments, applying a methodology previously used by PRAES in the Health Sector.
