TTI booklet on how think tanks contribute to improve public health highlights a study undertook by Máximo Torero and Javier Escobal

The Think Tank Initiative, managed by the International Development Research Centre (IDRC), has published a digital booklet on how policy reseach institutions contribute directly or indirectly to shaping improvements in public health in their countries.  One of the studies highlighted, led by our researchers Javier Escobal and Máximo Torero, revealed the benefits of delivering public infraestructure packages in rural households in Peru, a key input for the creation of the infraestructure combo program undertake by the Minister of Development and Social Inclusion (MIDIS) through its Fund for Economic Inclusion in Rural Areas (FONIE).
