Ignacio Franco Temple
Ignacio Franco Temple holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. Since 1994, he is GRADE´s Main Manager.
He was the Executive Secretary at The Economic and Social Research Consortium (CIUP, DESCO, GRADE, IEP and PUCP) when GRADE hosted its headquartered during its first years (1989-1994). He undertook the General Direction of the Coordination Departmental Corporations for Development (CORDES in spanish) at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (1984) and was Head of the Technical and Training Assistance Project for CORDES supported by USAID (1985).
He has been consultant on budget affairs for the Reform and Public Management Project undertook by the National Institute of Planning funded by PNUD (1986-1988).
