Innovation for promoting financial inclusion: new evidence and research and policy agenda

To share the findings of new studies on financial inclusion and education in Peru and to analyze its implications in the design of policies linked to a Financial Inclusion National Strategy. This is the main objective of the “Innovation for promoting financial inclusion: new evidence and research and policy agenda” Workshop on Wednesday, November 30 at 9:00 a.m. The event is held by the Group for Analysis of Development (GRADE) —in the sidelines of the Partnership for Economic Policy (PEP) Partner Led Research Grant—, the Institute of Peruvian Studies (IEP) —in the sidelines of Proyecto Capital—, Innovation for Poverty Action (IPA) and Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL).

All these institutions aim to scale the dynamic of the event to develope a research agenda on financial inclusion in Peru, including the role, opportunities and challenges of using the new information & communication technologies.
